Return & Exchange Window

We accept return and size exchange requests within 7 days of confirmed delivery date. Due to the limited nature and hand-embroidered artisanal craftsmanship of our garments, we ask that pieces be returned in pristine, unworn condition.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of fragrance or blemishes.
• All original security tags, archival garment tags, and protective packaging must remain intact and attached.
• Custom-tailored or bespoke altered pieces are final sale unless a craftsmanship defect is present.

Exchange Process

To initiate a size exchange or return, please email our studio team at studio@nvmbr.xyz with your order number, reason for return, and desired exchange size. Our team will coordinate complimentary reverse pickup for domestic orders within 24 hours.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection at our studio (1–2 business days), refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 banking days.
