Fulfillment & Made-to-Order Timelines

Each piece from the Shelter House On The Hill collection is individually constructed and hand-finished by master artisans in our New Delhi studio. Orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 business days from date of purchase.

Domestic Delivery (India)

All domestic shipments within India are dispatched via premium express air couriers (Blue Dart / DHL Express) with signature on delivery. Transit time is typically 2 to 4 business days following dispatch. Complimentary shipping is provided on all domestic orders.

International Shipping

We ship globally to over 80 countries via DHL Express Worldwide. International transit time is approximately 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch. International shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on destination and weight.

Please note that import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance charges may be levied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your piece has undergone quality inspection and has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive an email confirmation containing your live courier tracking number and real-time transit updates.
