By accessing or purchasing from nvmbr.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and our studio policies.

Product Accuracy & Craftsmanship

Our garments feature artisanal hand embroidery (zardozi, kantha, dori work) and custom-milled textiles. Due to the handcrafted nature of each garment, subtle variations in texture and embroidery are natural hallmarks of individual craftsmanship and not defects.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or your selected local presentment currency. Prices are inclusive of applicable goods and services tax (GST) within India. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product details prior to order confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All imagery, silhouettes, text, graphic assets, typography, and trademarks displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of NVMBR and SAR.GA Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms and any contracts of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
